Twelve years after they crooned "On an island in the sun, we'll be playin' an' havin' fun," Weezer is once again making good on that promise with an upcoming Weezer Cruise to the Bahamas.

"We are excited to announce the Weezer Cruise will set sail on Feb. 13 through 17, 2014, from Jacksonville, Florida to the Bahamas," the band announced in a promotional video for the cruise.

"Along with musical performances by Weezer, we will be teaming up with some of our favorite bands to make this a music festival at sea," bassist Scott Shriner added.

This isn't the first Weezer Cruise, as the band hosted a trip in 2012, when the Weezer Cruise left Miami for Cozumel and included performances from acts such as Dinosaur Jr. and Sebadoh.

Earlier this month, fellow '90s star Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray canceled his plans for a cruise, citing the recent stranded Carnival Cruise as the reason for the trip's cancelation. McGrath told fans, "the recent fiasco sunk us, no pun intended!"
