Talk show host and wig extraordinaire Wendy Williams spent her Monday in an unfamiliar setting: the courthouse.

Williams revealed that she had jury duty, a role she said she was "dreading" on Sunday night. But by Monday morning, Williams was ready to serve in style:

And she arrived fully prepared with entertainment and snacks:

For those wondering, Williams told her followers that cell phones were allowed in jury duty and that she had a backup battery with her. And for lunch? Williams said she was going to eat food from the cafeteria and was equipped with "hot peppers, hot sauce, a pear, combos, swordfish & string cheese!"

Williams added that many folks were asking her why she was at jury duty. Williams said that she had been asked before, and was available to serve this time around. "Yes [jury duty] is inconvenient BUT we fought for this right to participate in the system. When u get called, think about that b4 u laugh & blow it off. How u doin' judge?!?!"
