What we believe, we receive.
Our inner landscape mirrors our outer landscape. If we believe in lack, we experience lack. If we believe in abundance, we experience abundance. This is Spiritual Law.
So in other words, there is a Law of Abundance in the universe and it is there for all of us to use, at all times. All we have to do is truly believe in overflowing good and we will receive and create it in our lives. It sounds almost too good to be true, but nevertheless, it is the Truth with a capital T.
Many religions and philosophies have their way of expressing this principle. You reap what you sow. As you believe it is done unto you. But the essence is the same. We are in partnership with the universe in the joyous creation of our lives! Isn't this amazing news!?
There is a shift in our consciousness happening in this particular time in history and part of this shift is recognition that there is enough for all of us. There is enough light, love, compassion, food, wellness, and money for all of us. As we begin to really believe that, we begin to experience it in humanity.
Our job is to be in alignment with this Truth. There is always enough. Always. And from this place of deep gratitude and awareness, we are changing the world.
When we catch ourselves in the "lack mentality" we can gently pull ourselves back by seeing all the perfection in nature around us. It is our job to hold the light, be the light, and express this blessed knowingness.
We can take a moment to look into the eyes of a beloved friend or pet, we can take a stroll through the produce section (this always does it for me), or we can just simply connect with the breath, knowing that we are miraculous creatures living on this incredible planet at a magnificent time.
We might question whether we should be in joy and gratitude while horrors and suffering exist in the world. But truly, who are we not to? We are the ones to be grateful, helpful, evolved consciously. It is from this place that we can cure the ills of the world. We are doing it. You and me.
Ernest Holmes writes in the Science of Mind:
To assert our individuality is to rise above the law of averages into that more highly specialized use of the Law which brings freedom rather than bondage, joy in the place of grief, and wholeness instead of sickness.
There is a power within us all, and this is the Power of Creation. It is never to late to change our minds, recreate our reality, and see ourselves happy, well, and whole.
