Kennedys. Clintons. Kardashians.

Ok. One might attribute Kris Jenner's significance to her previous marriage to Robert Kardashian, the lawyer in the O.J Simpson murder trial, but the impact of the Kardashian name has lived on far beyond his 2003 passing -- all because of Kris Jenner.

Kris is the genius in disguise covered in Louis Vuitton shoes and vintage Chanel clothing. Only 59 years of age, Kris is the mastermind behind the celebrity of Kim, Khloe, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie -- the Kardashian girls.

Strip away the cameras, status, and fame and these girls are like your normal up and coming women searching for success in sunny California. They're beautiful and charming, witty and infectious, chasing dreams of work and prominence in the fashion industry.

Add a reality show in its tenth season, multiple spin offs, clothing boutiques, a fashion enterprise, endorsement deals and array of business and you get the Kardashians, the siblings that took their last name and made it worth almost $80 million.

What's their secret?

It doesn't take talent to make money.

Sure, American families are not typically left with almost $100 million after the death of a loved one. It's true. But this family didn't use the money to buy themselves some new beginnings -- they made them.

Founded in 2006, the DASH (D A S H) boutique franchise marked the beginning of the Kardashian empire. One year later, the E! network began airing Keeping Up With The Kardashians -- a reality series focusing on the entire Kardashian family, featuring the men of the Kardashian family (Robert Kardashian, the only Kardashian son, and Bruce Jenner, Kris's second husband and father of Kendall and Kylie Jenner) and the Kardashians quickly became a household name.

Who's who?

Kim was the sister who at the time was establishing her own fame outside of the Kardashian name being photographed with the likes of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, and styling celebrities for red carpet appearances. She became a social media darling making money tweeting about products and most recently, breaking financial barriers with the success of her mobile app game "Kim Kardashian: Hollywood."

Kourtney was the older sister who out of all her sisters, was the only one to seek more of a quiet life, attending college for two years at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and ultimately graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Theatre Arts. She currently leads all business ventures for the Kardashian clothing brand.

Khloe however, is the first sister that sought to branch out of fashion. In conjunction with filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe began to appear in radio, hosting her own talk shows and appearing in others. She began advocacy work participating in PETA's "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur," campaign, and did television work outside of the reality tv circuit co-hosting a season of The X-Factor and guest hosting multiple serieses.

Kendall, the one with the most recent amount of fame, has surpassed her famous sisters as a high fashion model, walking in New York, Paris, and London's Fashion Week, and most recently becoming the new face of Estee Lauder. Kylie, the youngest of them all, is the most diverse of the famous siblings, coming out with her own line of hair products and planning future projects in the music and acting industry. Between them both, the Jenner sisters have written for Seventeen Magazine, have come out with their own science fiction novel, and have co-hosted multiple events.

So while the Kardashians might be a group you love to hate, they'll always have more money than you'll ever make (until you learn from their three biggest strengths).

Transparency

Whether you're a business owner or employee, transparency is key. You don't have to share selfies every day like Kendall and Kylie or show people pictures of your children to everyone like Kim and Kourtney, but being transparent about who you are is an important factor in a successful (and happy) work environment.

Ingenuity

It doesn't matter if it's a 9-5 or a self employed business atmosphere, being creative with what you have to expand what you have is a key factor in getting ahead in your career. Do you work a cashier job? Find a way to make the check out line go faster! Own a startup company? Find a new way to reach out to potential customers.

Focus

The Kardashians don't care what anyone thinks. You hate them. You love them. You're somewhere in between. But in their world, every mean comment on instagram or like on Facebook is just another person. Their life won't change because of that. If a customer is rude or your business deal goes wrong, don't take it seriously. Tomorrow always comes.
