Answer by Omar Dorsey, Actor, Queen Sugar and Thank You For Your Service, on Quora:

I still get star struck when I am around her and I'm not sure why because I've been around her for a few years now. Just last week she came up behind me and I was tongue tied and fumbling over my words. We've had intimate moments where it's just the two of us in a wardrobe, or trailer when we were doing Selma. We would just sit around and we would talk about sports for twenty-thirty minutes and I'd think how surreal it was. She knows her stuff too, as good as anyone on ESPN.

When we would leave work and go to eat or go to someone's house, wherever we were, she was the life of the party, she is the light. She is like she is on television, she is holding court, she's cracking jokes, having a good time and facilitating other people having a good time. You would assume these things but it's still a sight to see, especially constantly being in a room full of artists who are gregarious, but when Oprah Winfrey comes in everyone takes a back seat.
