In my life...

I've learned to make new friends, which creates a strong bond. I learned to be there for them, when something goes wrong. I gave them my time, I gave them my words, I gave them more than asked, I gave them everything, till it could actually last. Now that I look back, I see where I lost my track, I see them disappear, I see them nowhere near.

In my life...

I learned to trust people, without a doubt, I trusted them with their promises, I just could not see them back out. I had complete faith and hope in what they said, but time proved me wrong, who knew what's been planned ahead. Now that I look back, I see where I lost my track, the shadow that was going to fortify me, was long gone before I could see.

In my life...

I learned to depend on money. I thought, this would be the reason behind my joy, there is no way this will lead to a ploy. I worked so hard, with all my dedication, but life took a different turn and again I faced another tribulation. Now that I look back, I see where I lost my track, this meaningless piece of paper could do me no good, I will find my way, walk as far as I could.

In my life...

I learned to dream big. I was in a pursuit of fame, this is my only chance, this is my only aim. I will chase my dreams, I will conquer the world, I don't care about my demeanor, I will stand by my words. Once again, my aspirations were shattered, it was all I could think of, it was all that mattered. Now that I look back, I see where I lost my track, being prestigious is just delusional, I decided to stay in seclusion.

In my life...

I learned to find happiness. I learned to fight back, I learned to be myself and I changed my track. I learned from my friends, I learned from my fears, I learned from everything that once brought me to tears. As I look back at life, I realize one thing, this world is just temporary, and this is not where I am looking. I tried to turn the tables, life is just one of those fables. I am a wandering creature, always looking for the best feature.

In my life...

I learned from my mistakes. I knew I'll be gone someday, I knew death was inevitable, I succumbed to my dreams and I knew I was capable. Every time I stumbled, every time I was let down, I took it as an opportunity, this won't make me breakdown.

I only complain of my grief and suffering to God, you will find me patient and you will find me strong. Those who tried to break me, those who tried to be intimidating, and those who wished to see me fall, now you know that I was waiting. I was waiting for my Lord to guide me, to show me a path, to show me how weak I am and to save me from His wrath. I've learnt to seek for happiness, in everything that I do, I won't just let it find me but I will find it too. I will be more stoical, I will be more grateful, I will accept His will because He wants me to be fateful. I've learnt to reckon on Him, for my affairs and my destiny, I know He knows what's best for me so I will just let it be. I keep on planning and He plans for me above the sky, I know His plans are always better and on myself, I can never rely.

Life is not easy, it will never be, and so when you have questions, The Book will answer for you, you'll see.
