Whitney Art Party And Auction 2012 Brings Out Kate Bosworth, Chuck Close, And Kalup Linzy (PHOTOS)

LOOK: Kate Bosworth And Kalup Linzy At The Whitney Art Party

After showing some adorable affection for one another at the CFDA Awards after party at The Standard earlier this week, Kate Bosworth and beau Michael Polish continued to look very much in love at the Whitney Art Party and Auction Wednesday evening.

A hodgepodge of celebrities turned up for the high brow fete including artist Chuck Close, socialite Tinsley Mortimer, and fashion designer Thakoon Panichgul who all partied through the evening, which apparently featured mummies dancing in Alexander McQueen boots.

Artist Kalup Linzy also memorialized his famous drag alter-ego "Taiwan" with a white coffin and video eulogies. He told the crowd, "Thank ya’ll for coming out this evening. Tonight, I’m performing as Kaye, but tonight is about Taiwan. This is a take on an Otis Redding song. It’s called ‘Edge of My Couch.’"
