20-Year-Old Says 'I Deserved It’ After Fiancé Punched Her In the Arm

Reeve, 20, says she is engaged to David, 30, whom she describes as the man of her dreams ... even though she has said he has been physical with her in the past.

"He did punch me in the arm and push me under the fridge, but it’s because I deserved it,” says Reeve in the video above. “I trust him now, and I feel like our relationship is stronger, and I know that he’s not going to do it again ... If I was in danger and I wasn’t happy, I wouldn’t have the ring on my finger."

But Reeve's father, Kim, and her sister, Riley, fear that Reeve could be making the biggest -- even the deadliest -- mistake of her life.

“I will do whatever it takes to protect my sister from her jealous, controlling fiancé,” says Riley, explaining that her sister has previously told her about what she calls other abusive and controlling incidents, allegations Reeve has since recanted.

Kim, who claims he has seen bite marks on Reeve's arms and bruising on her neck, says, “I’m very afraid that David will hurt her again.”

David, who says he regrets punching and pushing Reeve, complains that the biggest issue in their relationship is Reeve’s family. “Kim won’t shut up for five seconds to hear what his daughter has to say to him,” he says. “Reeve’s father to me is a waste of my time.”
