If the fight for paternity leave or the backlash against ridiculous dads in ads and an actual obituary for Mr. Mom haven't made it clear: The age of the stereotypical bumbling uninvolved dad is over. For further proof, you could consult science -- or get a group of men with children to talk about what fatherhood really means to them. That's what we did, here in HuffPost's New York offices with members of the New York City Dads group. They told us about how having kids has changed them. But the best part was when we brought in their kids, who confirmed just how special their dads really are.
