I will continue to keep mentioning that if you are going to learn anything this year, then it should be how to run Facebook Ads!

The power of been able to turn cold traffic into a lead or a customer is absolutely priceless and we take this for granted. The great and simple facts are they work and there are millions of businesses out there looking for more traffic, footfall, prospects, leads, patients, clients you name it and you could be the person to actually provide that for them.

Many people think that finding new clients to run Facebook Ads for is hard, I beg to differ! If you can show them the value of what you can bring and at the same time back it with previous results and case studies then it is all about just figuring out how much you are willing to charge for your service.

Now the great thing is you do not need to be an expert to get started. If you can learn the fundamentals and can get results (which there are many resources available in Facebook groups and Youtube Videos) Then you can easily be seen in the eyes of small businesses as an expert and have happy clients for life!

Now local lead generation is nothing new, and neither is doing it via Facebook, but the great thing is now that businesses are starting to understand how social media can actually have a positive impact on their business which means they are more open to going down this route and either focusing their marketing budget within this area, or at least willing to give it a try.

We are in the age currently of when Google Ads started to become popular, yes Facebook Ads are getting crowded, there are currently more than 3 million people advertising on Facebook but don't see that as a negative, see it as a positive as it shows that the platform works!

So who can you offer this services too?

The main people you want to be targeting are profitable businesses it is as simple as that, we are talking, dentists, gyms, gardeners etc but try to think out the box and don’t go after the what I like to call the “usual suspects.”

The second criteria is to find people who understand how marketing works the reason is because they will end up been your easier clients to manage. If you are having to work with clients who need educating along the whole way it will make your job not impossible, but a lot harder as you have to spend a lot of your time explaining every single step and decision you make.

On the other hand people who understand and maybe have run Facebook Ads in the past and are wanting better results and are happy to bring on an expert to help them, whereas people who don't get it will definitely need more educating along the way.

The great thing is, you can start this today, start learning and speak with friends and family who have small businesses or maybe know someone who does. They may not be your ideal clients to start with but you need to start to build that confidence and experience within the field.

Ask if you can practise running some ads for them! You can cover the ad cost until you get good as you don't want to be spending people's money when you don't know what you're doing or just be completely honest with them and say look I am learning and wanting to run a few tests, are you willing to spend $60-$100 and I can hopefully bring you in xx amount of new business - honesty is the best policy and to the majority of these businesses they will be more than happy to do that.

So don’t delay any further! I want to hear that you’ve gone out and got 1-3 clients over the next 6 months! In some cases this is all you need to be at a great place financially!
