If you are conversant with scientific or health terms, you will understand that metabolism is a word used to describe all chemical reactions involved in maintaining the living state of cells and an organism. When you eat more frequently than you ought to, your diet will not be healthy. Pathetically, research shows that people with less healthy diets are more likely to develop cancer.
