Because we're all spending waaaaaaay too much time staring at screens -- and even when we do come across some nugget of wisdom that has the capacity to improve our lives we don't really do anything with it.

I work with families to get help them balance the powerful pull of the digital world and get fun, loving and connected in real time in real life. Things are out of whack, but today I'm not going to whip up an infographic to frighten you -- I'm just gonna give it to you straight.

Stop staring at the screen.

Right now.

Seriously! Get outta here and go be with the people in your life. Go have an experience, make a memory, just do something real.

So let's Carpe Diem with whatever time we've got in the here and now.
