William Levy Doesn't Play It Safe In New Pepsi Ad Campaign (VIDEO)

WATCH: William Levy's New Roles Are Crazy

William Levy's Pepsi Next Campaign

William Levy is demonstrating how versatile (and quite frankly a little crazy) he can get to be with a new Pepsi Next ad campaign.

The star is the new face of the soda company's commercials in which the actor dares to have fun and be irreverent playing stereotypical characters like an action hero, a Casanova, a science fiction guy, a rocker, a doctor and an old school divo.

"I had so much fun doing these commercials. The character I most enjoyed playing was the Casanova... And Rambo," Levy said while laughing. "Actually, we had many ideas and decided to go for this one. "

The Cuban actor also spoke exclusively with The Huffington Post and confessed he has plans to leave soap operas for a while (Sorry, ladies!) to work more in new types of projects.

The artist is currently living one of the best moments of his career. After participating in "Dancing With The Stars," new doors have opened for him to do what he has always dreamed of: making films in English.

"I still can’t believe it, it is what I dreamed about all my life, since [living] in Cuba, it’s what I’ve always wanted to do. And to put the name of Latinos up for me is a responsibility that makes me very happy," he says.

For him the opportunity to be part of the dance competition also helped “in the sense that they saw my work, and the importance the [Latino market] has in this country."

Levy, who began his career 10 years ago as part of a reality show that searched for new talented young actors, further claims he feels proud of the work decisions he has taken throughout his life.

"I do things that I feel to do.. I saw that 'DWTS' was important for my career instead of another film project that I had been offered to do. It all depends on how I feel with God and life," he says.

He has already appeared in two Hollywood films like "Addicted" and "Single Mom's Club," has made dozens of TV appearances and is currently part of what he assures will be his last soap opera, Univision’s "La Temperstad,” along with former Miss Universe Ximena Navarrete.
