Followers of William Levy’s Twitter page got quite a humbling experience this week. It seems the DWTS vet visited a hospital full of young cancer patients and documented it via Twitter.
"Between scenes I took some time to visit Special Oncology Area in Veracruz's Regional Hospital...I'm sharing a few images."
Levy brought smiles to dozens of kids’ faces and happily posed for group pictures. He also used the opportunity to pass along some inspiring words.
“I share these images with the purpose of giving you another reason to appreciate life,” he Tweeted. “If these kids can do it I understand why we complain about so many small and insignificant things in life. And I thank these children for receiving me with so much love. Love you guys!”
William spent an entire afternoon at the Veracruz-based cancer ward, playing games, signing autographs and sharing stories about his life in Hollywood. And by the looks of things, it was an experience the children will never forget.
