William Shatner Emotionally Remembers Friendship With The Late Leonard Nimoy

The men who played Spock and Captain Kirk were like brothers off screen.

It's been nearly a year to the day since "Star Trek" star Leonard Nimoy died from pulmonary disease at the age of 83. In the months since his passing, Nimoy's longtime co-star and dear friend William Shatner reflected on their deep and meaningful relationship, ultimately penning his remembrance in the book Leonard: My Fifty-Year Friendship with a Remarkable Man, which hits shelves Feb. 16.
