While researching today’s honored Mind Your Body guest, William Shatner, I came upon a new article on the British movie website, Empire. How could I resist delving into “The 25 Shatneriest William Shatner Moments of All Time,”? More than that, how does anyone pick just 25 from a guy who, as he describes on @WilliamShatner, is a philanthropist, actor, producer, father, husband, and grandfather and “MBB=My best, Bill.” Oh, and don’t forget film director, singer, spokesperson and comedian, and now esteemed do-it-yourselfer.

The Canadian-born Shatner, now 82, has left “Beam me up, Scotty” way behind, even though he’s indelibly linked to his iconic role as Star Trek’s original Captain James T. Kirk, commander of the starship U.S.S. Enterprise.
