With November over, I take a look back at my favorite event this month -- Redmoon Theater's spectacular Boneshaker bash celebrating both Halloween and All Saint's Day!

Located in their upgraded space in Pilsen, the Redmoon 57,000 sq. ft. warehouse was the perfect location to host truly one of the best parties for over a thousand Chicagoans. Dressed in creative costumes or suited up in fancier dress, guests frolicked among Redmoon's signature installations of whimsy -- an organ player wringing music from a fire-spitting instrument, indoor rolling rink and swing park, go-kart race, and shadow theatre projected on the walls -- all the while indulging in unlimited booze, snacks roasted on a fire candelabra, and s'mores handcrafted by scantily-clad housewives all evening. My favorite part of the night? When 30-piece punk-rock marching band, Mucca Pazza took to the floor for an exhilarating performance that paraded throughout the audience.

Don't miss out on any future Redmoon events including their upcoming New Year's eve celebration, Revolution, on December 31st from 9pm - 2am. This is sure to be another spectacular event full of surprises. Tickets and more information can be found here.
