Danielle and her ex-boyfriend Brandon are in the midst of a heated custody battle. She claims he does everything he possibly can to keep her from seeing their 10-year-old daughter, whom she lost custody of and only has visitation.

However, Brandon is adamant that all of Danielle’s allegations are completely untrue. He claims Danielle is an unfit mother, calls their daughter “that child,” and has placed numerous false calls to Child Protective Services and police. He says Danielle even tried to ruin his wedding day by claiming their daughter was being abused and sending CPS to interview the entire bridal party.

In the video above, Dr. Phil asks Danielle why she called poison control after Brandon gave their child a sports drink.

“I called the pediatrician, and the pediatrician said, ‘She could get excessive diarrhea, and she could get very sick from that. You should call poison control,’” Danielle claims. “Giving a little girl Powerade with excessive amounts of vitamin B and other things that are not meant for children.”

On Tuesday’s episode, Dr. Phil examines some of the other allegations Danielle has made against Brandon and doesn’t mince words when he tells this mom what he believes she needs to do to have the chance to spend more time with her child. Check here to see where you can watch.
