Covenant Cookies is a global gourmet inspirational cookie business Lauretta founded Covenant Cookies in 2004, after God’s plan for her life became a reality. Each cookie is tasteful and contains bible based inspirational messages. Her mission is to inspire the world….one cookie at a time.

Lauretta is a native of New Jersey. She has been faced with many life challenges including low self esteem, domestic abuse, depression, attempted suicide, and other hardships. As a single divorced mother with four children, she found herself struggling to care and provide for them, and wanted a much better life for her children and herself.

Today, Lauretta is more than a conqueror. With God’s help Lauretta started her company with no employees, no business or baking experience and no money. She thought how rewarding it would be to put inspirational messages and bible verses into fortune cookies. Lauretta’s only problem was she didn’t bake, and found it impossible when she tried to make fortune cookies on her own. What started out as a ministry to heal and inspire others soon became a sought after business. In 2011, Lauretta was in need of partners and mass production. By divine appointment she met John Luppo, a New York Trader who was also President of The Darryl Strawberry All Star Charity foundation. John later introduced Lauretta to Darryl and his beautiful wife Tracy. After many conversations, Darryl and Tracy sowed into Covenant Cookies enlarging Lauretta’s territory to mass production with a factory in Southern California, and John Luppo became President of Covenant Cookies Inc. Today her business, Covenant Cookies has grown and expanded into Covenant Coffee along with her new Gourmet Candy line Lauretta’s Sweet Messages.

Lauretta’s Covenant Cookies have traveled from homeless shelters to Wall Street. The list of celebrities include, Oprah Winfrey, Bishop TD Jakes, Steve Harvey, Pat Houston, Pat (Emmitt) Smith, Actress Brely Evans, Behind The Bench Basketball Wives, The KING (Martin Luther King) Foundation, The Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation.
