My 'Zero Excuses' Playlist

I tell myself every day that I have zero excuses for not working out. When I combine that mantra with some of my favorite music, it makes working out fun and enjoyable.

Over the past few months, I've been traveling across the country with Powerade Zero performing live Insanity-inspired workouts as part of the Zero Excuses Tour. It has been a great way for me to meet fans and encourage them to power through excuses and achieve their fitness goals. My hope for this tour was that people would experience the workouts live and leave thinking, "Hey, I CAN do this!"

It's been really inspiring. I tell myself every day that I have zero excuses for not working out. When I combine that mantra with some of my favorite music, it makes working out fun and enjoyable.
