With the acquisition of Los Angeles-based Panache, WPP, the world's biggest advertising holding company, will build a video ad serving business and video ad network for its family of companies as well as other agencies.

This is according to David J. Moore, founder and CEO of 24/7 Real Media, a WPP unit, in this exclusive interview with Beet.TV.

We spoke with him about the opportunities around online video and the integration of Panache.

The deal was announced earlier today, however financial terms were not disclosed.
