WWDC 2012 Keynote Announced: Apple's Big News Coming On June 11

Here's When Apple Will Make Its Next Big Announcements

The date's already been set for Apple's much-anticipated Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), but the company has managed to drum up even more hype with the release of the event's official schedule, which includes a time for the keynote address, during which the company usually unveils its newest products and plans.

According to Apple Insider, the company will hold the keynote at 10 a.m. PT on Monday, June 11, the first day of the conference. It will kick off the 4-day event, which will run through June 15 in San Francisco.

As PCWorld points out, chances are that Apple will announce the arrival of an updated 15-inch MacBook Pro, some upgrades to iCloud and maybe even the release of iOS 6. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that the iPhone 5 or the Apple TV will be mentioned.

Along with WWDC 2012's schedule, Apple also rolled out the event's official iOS app for attendees. Using the website or the app, those participating in the conference will be able to browse through the schedule and plan their week.

Tickets to the event were available for $1,599 before they sold out. Live streams of the event will be available on Apple's website.
