WWE SUMMERSLAM 2016 - Predictions, Matches, Rumors & Results

This Sunday, August 21st 2016, at 7pm EST, is the 2016 WWE SummerSlam PPV on the WWE Network. The 2016 WWE SummerSlam PPV is the event of the summer for wrestling fans!

This year’s WWE SummerSlam will have quite a few matches that we weren’t expecting and a couple matches that we’re glad we’re getting.

The 2016 WWE SummerSlam PPV will crown the first ever WWE Universal Champion! Will it be Finn Balor or Seth Rollins being crowned? Early rumors predict Finn Balor (of course.) I would be 110% on board with Fin Balor winning the WWE Universal Championship.

Also, we are getting Dean Ambrose vs Dolph Ziggler for the WWE World Championship. This match was NOT expected, and I think it was booked for the IWC. Will we be seeing Dolph Ziggler winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship? Maybe. The writers are giving him a hell of a push right now. Do keep in mind, there’s also been some issues with The Wyatt Family as well. I have a feeling that will play a big part in this match.

With that being said, let’s get on with the matches of the night. There are NO PRE-SHOW MATCHES announced as of filming this.
