
Xcel Energy and one of its contractors are trying to suppress the release of a federal investigative report into the deaths of five workers at the Cabin Creek Hydro Plant until the criminal case against them is over.
Workers from RPI Coating died in the October 2007 accident in Georgetown. They were working as contractors for Xcel inside a large, drained water pipe called a penstock when a fire erupted.
