The annual Yocale Book Local Community Choice Awards highlights and promotes local businesses that are the leaders in their respected industries, who continually provide exceptional customer service to their clients on a regular basis and are the frontrunners in their communities.
In 2013, Yocale launched the community Book Local initiative, which brings people the best way to find and book appointments with top local businesses right in their community.
The Book Local Community Choice Award is an independent annual review conducted by Yocale to identify, celebrate, and promote the top industry leaders in communities across the country who continuously provide exceptional customer service to their clients on a regular basis.
The winners receiving this award were decided based on a number of factors which are compiled after thorough research, using numerous statistical and review based sources, such as: company reviews on Google My Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, YellowPages, Foursquare, Better Business Bureau, Yocale's own repository of customer reviews, as well as social media and online presence.
