This Body-Burning Yoga Sequence Is Like A Boot Camp Class

Sweat, then namaste.

Crunches will tone your abs and squats will strengthen your quads, but the windmill will work your shoulders, abs and legs. Never heard of the windmill? It's the yoga sequence demonstrated by Udaya instructor Rudy Mettia in the video above. The exercise moves the body laterally between extended and revolved warrior, and just one round of the positions will certainly have you working up a sweat. Try it out for yourself!
