Just because you identify within LGBTQIA+ community does not mean you are unable to have a meaningful, loving, and redeeming relationship with God. If He did not wish to have you as His child, your moment of conception would not have occurred. He knew you before He placed the stars in the firmaments; He knew you before you were a thought in your parents' minds; He knew you, and your sexual/gender identity, before you knew yourself:
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I dedicated you, a prophet to the nations I appointed you. [Jeremiah 1:5]
It is beyond time to move past self-loathing and doubt and to become fully immersed in your life the way you were intended to be. People will always try to figuratively knock you down so that they may, through a warped mindset, feel better about themselves. Ignore the false notion that life is a zero-sum game, acknowledge your worth, and accept yourself for who you are.
If you are to follow Jesus' commands:
When the Pharisees heard that he had silenced the Sadducees, they gathered together, and one of them [a scholar of the law] tested him by asking,"Teacher, which commandment in the law is the greatest?" He said to him, "You shall love the Lord, your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the greatest and the first commandment. The second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. The whole law and the prophets depend on these two commandments. [Matthew 22:34-40 NAB]
you need to have an element of self-love. You need a sense of your own worth to be able to love your neighbor as you love yourself. You will not be able to look after your own wellbeing if you feel you are worthless--you may satisfy certain cravings, but will you do so in a healthful way? Doubt it.
Before you bother with the self-help books, the diet fads, and the related drivel sold under a similar guise, you need to examine your relationship with yourself and with your Creator. Come to terms with both and work on improving them--I bet you will find it much easier.
