Meghan Tonjes will be joining YouTube stars Chester See, GloZell, King Bach, and Kandee Johnson as a performer on stage at Bonnaroo this summer with What's Trending and Ford!

The Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter competed against four other finalists in our #Escape2Roo music competition performing her original song 'Affected' live, which ultimately won over viewers and the judges top pick.

A Michigan native, Tonjes has been on YouTube for over eight years, and uploaded her first video after playing guitar for only seven months. Now, her videos have amassed over 15 million views and she's been featured on The Ellen Degeneres Show, both for her music and involvement in the "It Gets Better" anti-bullying campaign. Some of her most popular videos are in her "Request Tuesday" series, where she's performed covers as varied as Adele's "Rolling In The Deep" and Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit."

Tonjes recently made news after posting a video responding to Instagram who had taken her butt selfie down, saying that it was offensive due to the sites nudity rules. The original photo captioned "booty appreciation #honormycurves #effyourbeautystandards" has since been restored by the photo sharing platform who did issue her an apology. Besides being a talented singer and performer, the incident has now taken on a life of its own empowering women everywhere to join the #bootyrevolution.
