The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, has been one of my absolute favorites for as long as I can remember. The seemingly simple yet philosophically inspiring narrative, coupled with those charming drawings by the author, move me in different ways every time I reread the book.
My experience working with thousands of people the world over suggests that most people won't even dream of a better life, much less take the action necessary to bring about their desired outcomes.
