The Duchess of Sussex told listeners that the podcast has been "liberating and healing."
“Everyone was just like, ‘Oh, my God, you’re so lucky he chose you,’” the Duchess of Sussex said on her podcast.
"It was all going swimmingly ― I mean, really well ― until that moment happened,” the Duchess of Sussex said.
The podcast, from Spotify and Prince Harry and Meghan's Archewell Audio, will explore "the labels that try to hold women back."
