Taking a cue from Pennsylvania, attorneys general in New York and New Jersey promised to bring victims "the justice they deserve."
For starters, it's accused of using charity cash to settle a legal dispute over a hole-in-one.
“The Trump Foundation was little more than a checkbook for payments from Mr. Trump or his businesses to non-profits, regardless of their purpose of legality," the AG said.
