Blended
Being a blended family is tough work. You don't just have to figure out how to make life inside your home work, you also have to figure out a way to make life between two or more homes work.
To add these to your smoothies, simply pick your favorite recipe and blend them in. Use about a tbsp of your chosen seeds, opting for just one variety of seeds per smoothie. These are also great for adding to oatmeal, granola, baked goods or sprinkled over yogurt.
When you are ready to make your green smoothie, make sure you keep it simple by trying just one or two greens. Spinach is the best place to start, since it blends in almost any blender and is pretty tasteless in a smoothie.

Digital or not, learning necessitates development of awareness among students about the process of learning. Such developments require cooperative efforts among teachers, educators, and computer scientists to conceptualize and use technology in an efficient manner.
I always try to get creative with how I make them. You can put all kinds of things in smoothies. Flavored yogurt (frozen or regular!) ice cream, frozen coffee ice cubes, fruit, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, honey, juice and even oatmeal. Maybe not all of those things together, but you get the idea.
One of my favorite winter foods that never fails to put a smile on my face is citrus. The mountains of bright colored citrus that fills the grocery stores this time of year brings me utter joy -- limes, lemons, oranges, clementines and grapefruit as far as the eye can see.
