calling
The bigger purpose is a clear definition of why the company exists. When we explore this with companies, we always find a deeper reason that very often is not communicated out into the organization or the market.
I can't think of better examples of the belief that we really can have it all. We can embrace balance, while focusing on all the things that really matter in our lives. We are told too often to focus on the wrong things, but to be truly successful, we must have balance across all meaningful areas of our life. Balance is possible, as you can see from these wise words.

On Tuesday of this week, I quit my job as an in-home nurse. I was scared, and I am still scared because I don't know what will happen. Fear of the unknown has kept me in a job that I was unhappy with, a job that I was mistreated at, and a job that I was made to feel small for the sake of paying my bills and security.
I recently had a conversation about the pursuit of purpose, where the guy I was talking to mentioned all that you read and hear that starts with, "Well, first just find your purpose."
What I've learned from my journey is that happiness does not come from the quest to be extraordinary, a subjective outcome I have no control over. It comes from being myself and giving what I have to offer.
We are called to allow the peace of God to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. And this peace of God, it's a peace that surpasses all understanding. Meaning that we cannot understand it, and yet, we're called to trust it, to allow it to be our guard (perhaps even guard our gentleness?).
