Bacalao, a meal made out of salted dried cod, is a popular Mediterranean dish. We've found it on menus in Italy, Spain and Portugal and its influence has also spread across the Atlantic. It is my belief that community colleges are the answer to the labor crisis in this country. Colleges that don't make tough decisions are in fact contributing to this country's economic crisis as their students enthusiastically walk across the stage in their cap and gown only to eventually become a jobless statistic.
