It's really difficult when wine is involved, for starters.
We choose how we perceive our circumstances and if we practice viewing the bigger picture, there's a good chance we'll see something we like. When we do, that pesky whinger remains on a leash.
I have tried by offering potential solutions, strategies and ways to make them feel better, because when we feel good, good comes our way.
