One of the most uncomfortable experiences in contemporary life seems to be waiting: we'll do practically anything to avoid it.
Pay attention. Pay attention. Pay attention. This is your life! You're gonna want to know what it feels like.
Thus you are giving away your power when you please others in order to fit in. Or when you follow the opinions of the crowd. Or when you decide that others matter more than you do. Or when you let someone who seems to have more power take charge of you.
While it may seem like we have to have a great big plan as to how we will fulfill our life, this isn't the case. In fact, sometimes having a plan can get us in trouble. Most of the people doing big and impactful things in the world most likely had no idea their lives were going to unfold the way it did.
Though known as a Supreme Hindu god, Vishnu is a universal deity who sends his avatars to all nations, cultures, and races. Vishnu has appeared in many avatars, the most famous of which are Krishna and Rama.
At this time of year, many people give and receive holiday gifts. It's a wonderful opportunity to express one's love and care.
