There's been a war on fat in this country. You can buy "fat free" and "reduced fat" versions of anything. But all fats are not created equal. There are many different types; some are good for you and some are not.
No one's health is improved by swapping out natural saturated or monounsaturated fats for skim milk, sugars or processed grains. So if you encounter misbegotten products such as fat-free half-and-half, do what I do -- leave them on the shelf.
The hard part is listening. No one can do it for you. There isn't a 10 day diet for it. It can start with meditation, a nature walk, being inspired by a poem, or a number of other things.
