If you know where to look, you can find just about any cuisine on wheels cooked to perfection--Mexican, Puerto Rican, fusion...you name it, Oahu's got it.

You would think that writing a 140-page thesis on this topic would make me want to run away from food trucks, but who could resist an afternoon filled with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and, of course, a little friendly competition?
