Maui. Sunshine. Adventure. What's not to like? After all, the beaches and sites on the Hawaiian Islands' next-to-youngest entity (The Big Island) are a plenty that many writers have been spotlighting them in books and magazines for quite some time.

Now pundits will tell you Sanders can't win. I didn't believe that in 2008 when they said the same thing about the then junior Senator from Illinois, who just happened to be an African America who grew up in Hawaii, and has "Hussein" as his middle name. The "inevitable candidate" was Hillary Clinton back then too.

So here we are in 2015. Rich folks and corporations are still calling the shots. It's not that there aren't important victories. There are. But until movements unite there will be no meaningful change.
