Mark A. Milley
Ex-president, who never served in the military, rips chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the top military official in the nation, as a "general who didn't have a clue."
Trump attacked his own hires. Again.
"This is a Reichstag moment," Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said, according to a forthcoming book.
Trump and the Joint Chiefs of Staff leader went at each other in a tense meeting amid Black Lives Matter marches, according to excerpts from a WSJ writer's book.
"The best part of that clip is Matt Gaetz's face. He looks like he just tried to fit his square head into a round hole."
The Fox News host said Mark Milley was not brave or respected after the top military official defended teaching critical race theory.
Gaetz responded to the nation’s highest-ranking military officer by dismissively shaking his head.
"I should not have been there," Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said in a prerecorded video commencement address.
Military officials also ordered use of two Army National Guard helicopters to intimidate civilians in Washington, D.C., sources told The New York Times.
"Trump’s aides are helping him to push the country closer not to order but to anarchy," the newspaper's editorial board cautioned.
