Customs and Border Protection pictures show immigrants, including children, held in chain-link cages.
"Fox & Friends" host Steve Doocy said cages holding immigrant children are not the same as "walls built from chain-link fences."
He "was a wolf in priest's clothing," the prosecutor said.
