A grand jury indicted the St. Louis couple who aimed guns at anti-racism demonstrators in their neighborhood back in June.
"I'd do it again any time," the right-wing St. Louis lawyer said of brandishing his firearm at demonstrators.
Mark McCloskey was fined $750 and wife Patricia was fined $2000 for pointing guns at social justice demonstrators last year.
