An estimated 1 million people attended this past weekend's 46th Annual Chicago Pride Parade which was even more of a celebration thanks to the Supreme Court's historic ruling to make same-sex marriages legal across the country.
It was a royal week for Chicago when The Royal Ballet, Great Britain's most prestigious ballet company based at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, came into town (oh yeah, and that time the Blackhawks brought home the Stanley Cup) after a 37-year-absence bringing their critically-acclaimed performance of Carlos Acosta's "Don Quixote."
As the school year came to a close, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) celebrated the 81st edition of its annual runway show, Fashion 2015, culminating in THE WALK, SAIC's annual benefit supporting the production of student work and scholarships.
