You see, through all the years before, I had been on weight loss jags for all the wrong reasons. Sometimes it was connected to what others might think of me or wanting to be attractive to others. Sometimes it was out of momentary frustration that my slacks kept shrinking in the closet.
You can't slap the money wisdom of prosperous people on top of all your old garbage about money and expect it to stick.
We can intentionally, easily and effortlessly, put ourselves into a resourceful state any time we choose. We literally can switch within seconds to a state in which we can think clearly and creatively, express ourselves authentically, and do whatever we need to do to feel energetic, powerful and happy.
Put very simply, when you are following your heart and doing what you love to do, it's not called work. Keep your purpose at the forefront and connect each and every action to that purpose.
Our goals (if we've created them correctly) are inspiring and attractive and exciting to us. But all those small steps to get there? Ugh.
