The allegations against the fashion house mogul came to light in February after Kate Upton accused him of groping her.
Earlier this month, model and actress Kate Upton accused Marciano of using his power in the fashion industry to harass women.
"It was an emotional and nonstop battle of games, power struggles and creative avoidance tactics," the model said.
"It’s disappointing that such an iconic women’s brand... is still empowering Paul Marciano."
