Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh
Wuerl is accused of helping to protect some child-molesting priests while he was bishop of Pittsburgh.
A grand jury report alleged that Wuerl protected predatory priests when he was a bishop in Pittsburgh from 1988 to 2006.
Pittsburgh's Bishop David Zubik said the diocese didn't find allegations against these few priests to be credible.
