After months of lethargy and holiday indulgences, we are feeling anxious to be active again. We are suddenly more alert, attentive, antsy, enthusiastic. We feel a surge of exuberance and verve. Our sap is rising, too.
Last week was the first day of spring. Yahoo! Except for that fact that many people don't feel so hot this time of year. The flu is -- knock on wood -- mostly behind us. Allergies have not quite exploded yet. So, why do so many of us feel off in the early days of spring?
For most of us, spring cleaning our physical space is not so challenging. Spring cleaning our lives, however, is not so easy. It requires a strong desire to let go of the old and perhaps the comfortable, that which no longer serves.
These five seasonal health myths are more fiction than fact.
