Today, one out of every four manufacturing workers in Ohio is paid less than $12.43 an hour. And as a result, nearly one-in-four manufacturing workers in the state now relies on public assistance programs.
While we may be booming as a city with tens of construction cranes dotting the downtown skyline, it is the thousands of tents of the homeless on the sidewalks and freeway overpasses that have me concerned.

Which outcome has the better odds of succeeding? The UAW forcing the Big Three to adhere to an "equal pay for equal work" format and return to a one-tier wage format, or the Big Three eventually implementing a third, fourth, fifth and sixth wage tier?
