I don't need a finisher's medal to feel like I accomplished something that day. I spent all day running through trails (my version of paradise), made quality connections with other runners and ran 20 miles with the love of my life. What the hell is there to be sorry about?

Unfortunately with the development of engineering and technology, we are losing our love and the ability for running. Running is easy and fun. Start small. Aim for a 5K in two or three months. Increase your mileage gradually.
