I'm a Staff Editor, Social Media at the New York Times.
In 2009 and 2010, I developed and executed an editorial strategy at True/Slant, a start-up original content news network, which helped lead to the company's acquisition by Forbes magazine.
I have also served as the online editor at the New York Sun, a political reporter at the Huffington Post and associate editor and political correspondent at the Raw Story.
Prior to my career in journalism, I worked in Washington, D.C., for three years as an Analyst for the Russian-American Nuclear Security Advisory Council.
A native of Chicago (Go Bears!), I have a Master of International
Affairs from Columbia University (SIPA) and a Bachelor of Arts from
the University of Iowa.
